Neighborly needed a way to monitor AI agent performance across brands and channels, but data was spread across tools and difficult to compare. The goal was to create a single dashboard that made performance clear at a glance while still allowing deeper analysis when needed—primarily for leadership, but usable across teams.

Approach
From rough ideas to testable prototypes fast
I started by sketching out the core structure and key metrics, then quickly brought it into Figma and Figma Make to create interactive prototypes. This made it easy to iterate on layout, test different ways of organizing information, and get feedback early without waiting on engineering.

User Testing
Validating clarity and speed
Early feedback showed that users cared less about seeing everything and more about finding the right thing quickly. We refined the experience to prioritize scannability, added search to jump directly to metrics, and introduced brand comparison to make performance differences obvious without digging.
