Hi there — I’m Yung Tsai, a UX & Product Design Lead based in Dallas, Texas. I’ve spent 10+ years designing digital experiences across web and mobile, with a focus on making products clearer, more consistent, and easier to use. I’m especially interested in work that blends strong UX fundamentals with real-world constraints—business goals, technical limitations, and tight timelines.

I enjoy partnering closely with Product and Engineering, using research and analytics to guide decisions, and turning complex workflows into simple, usable experiences.

Outside of work, I’m a dad of two, so my life is a mix of snack requests, bedtime routines, and constant negotiation. I’m also into art, photography, and experimenting with new tools—especially AI. Lately I’ve been building side projects like Pause, a work in progress meditation app. And most nights, my wife and I wind down with a movie after the kids are asleep—assuming we both make it past the opening credits.
