I create user experiences that engage users, make meaningful impact, and drive business growth.
About me
Hi there, I’m Yung Tsai — a UX & Product Design Lead based in Dallas, Texas. I’ve spent over a decade designing digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical realities. My work spans web, mobile, and multi-brand ecosystems, with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and consistency.
I’ve worked everywhere from scrappy startups to large corporations, leading projects that range from rapid prototypes to full-scale design system rollouts. I believe the best products come from collaboration, curiosity, and listening to the people who use them.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad to two young kids — a 6-year-old boy and a 3-year-old daughter — which means I’m constantly learning new lessons in patience, creativity, and negotiation. I’m also a fan of good coffee, bad puns, and finding design inspiration in everyday life.
Skills
Product Design
I take ideas and turn them into clean, intuitive digital experiences. Whether it’s wireframes or high-fidelity prototypes, I focus on making sure the design not only looks good but also feels natural and easy to use.
Research & Testing
When available, research and testing provide valuable insights into user behavior and pain points. I use these data points to inform design decisions, validate concepts, and make sure the experience aligns with what users actually need.
I guide designers through feedback, mentorship, and clear direction, while facilitating workshops and cross-functional alignment. My goal is to create a shared vision so teams can move fast without losing focus on the user.
I connect the dots between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. By aligning these early, I help shape product roadmaps that deliver impact in the short term while building toward long-term vision.
